Vedran Antoljak is a co-founder and partner in the consulting company Best Advisory, with a primary area of expertise in the areas of management consulting, (digital) business transformation, Design Thinking, and strategic agility of organizations. Earlier, Vedran founded and for 13 years managed Apsolon (ex Sense Consulting), the largest Croatian business consulting company. During his career Vedran received a number of national and international awards for consulting projects on which he worked on. He has been an advisor to many Governments in the implementation of regulatory reform projects, worked as a senior advisor in an international consulting firm; he headed the Croatian office of the International Finance Corporation (IFC); and worked for eight years as a World Bank expert on private sector development.
Vedran graduated in foreign trade from the Institute of Economics in Graz, and received his master’s degree in business management from the Karl-Franzens University in Graz, and is continuously improving (Harvard, Wharton, IMD). He is a lecturer at the best private and state business schools in Croatia, Germany, Belgium and the USA; and co-founder of the Croatian Institute for the Study of the Future (Foresight Institute). Vedran is a member of the Croatian Association of Business Advisors and Harvard Alumni Club Croatia.
