ASSESSMENT OF TEAMS - ASSESSMENT CENTER
In order to get the best possible insight into the performance of your teams and guidelines in which segments the teams need to be strengthened, we also offer a team assessment service.
The assessment service of development and assessment teams includes defining and working on the following points:
- Number of participants
- Number of competencies observed
- Creating a competence model with defined behaviors if it does not exist
- Defining the number of exercises to assess competences
- Defining the form of the report as the client wants
- Defining the number of psychometric tools to be used in the assessment process
- Individual or group recommendations after the process
- Involvement of the client's representative as an appraiser and the necessary training
The team assessment process includes working with each individual person from the team who goes through the Assessment and Development Center and should be observed by at least two assessors. Most often, 2 pairs of assessors are involved, with the participants alternating so that one exercise is performed by one pair, and the next by the other. In this way, the objectivity of the evaluation process is ensured.
After defining the mentioned points by the client and conducting discussions with experts so that the assessors can get the best possible insight into the client's needs, the final price of the service will be defined.
