Individual coaching

Individual coaching is a form of individual development that can be applied to various developmental challenges. We distinguish between coaching focused on improving skills and performance (skills & performance coaching), developmental coaching that prepares individuals for their current or future position, and transformative coaching that helps an individual solve broader personal challenges.

Team coaching

Teamwork, proactive relationship creation and synergy between team members and their stakeholders is the only way to continuously achieve organizational goals.

Through the process of team coaching, we help teams in the organization to understand and accept their goals, to effectively cooperate and use their differences in achieving goals, and to manage relationships with all their stakeholders (shareholders, management, employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, etc.). In order to get the best possible insight into the performance of your teams and guidelines in which segments the teams need to be strengthened, we also offer a team assessment service.

The assessment service of development and assessment teams includes defining and working on the following points:

  • Number of participants
  • Number of competencies observed
  • Creating a competence model with defined behaviors if it does not exist
  • Defining the number of exercises to assess competences
  • Defining the form of the report as the client wants
  • Defining the number of psychometric tools to be used in the assessment process
  • Individual or group recommendations after the process
  • Involvement of the client's representative as an appraiser and the necessary training

The team assessment process includes working with each individual person from the team who goes through the Assessment and Development Center and should be observed by at least two assessors. Most often, 2 pairs of assessors are involved, with the participants alternating so that one exercise is performed by one pair, and the next by the other. In this way, the objectivity of the evaluation process is ensured.

After defining the mentioned points by the client and conducting discussions with experts so that the assessors can get the best possible insight into the client's needs, the final price of the service will be defined.

  • A CHALLENGE MOST LEADERS FACE

Most organizations have capable managers who, for the most part, still fail to achieve organizational goals within the planned period. Even when they are focused and effective, they sometimes fail to work as a team due to a lack of open discussion and coordination. It happens that instead of organizational goals, the team works to achieve individual goals. Team members do not focus on what is important because they do not enter into discussions about important issues, are not committed and do not hold each other accountable and The leader faces missed deadlines and failure to achieve organizational goals.

The training course 'Writing and creating a strategy on social networks' was great, I had already encountered most of the things, but I filled in the gaps in my knowledge and actually put the knowledge I already have into some context.
