Executive leadership is the ability of those who manage or direct employees in an organization to influence and guide these individuals.

Purpose: The five day program provides attendees with the opportunity to freely and openly exchange views and experiences with eminent leaders from the region as well as peers from backgrounds different than their own. Executive Leadership will empower you to build and motivate effective teams, resolve strategic problems, and drive change in yourself and your organization. Personal leadership development is a key focus of the program. To enhance your awareness of your leadership style and how it’s perceived by others.

The goal is to learn to analyze critically, articulate strategically, think holistically, and lead with confidence.

Who should attend?

  • Current and aspiring senior managers or professionals with over five years of experience who are working in or aspiring toward leadership roles
  • Mid- to upper-level managers, high potentials, and senior leaders; learners from all company sizes and from a diverse range of industries from region and organizations, including NGOs, and governmental agencies
  • Executives who have recently been promoted to positions of significant managerial responsibility or are clearly on track for such roles.

Program Methodology:

This comprehensive five-module program is based on exchange of experience, case studies and self-assessment of personal leadership skills. The members also begin the process of debate and networking in their study groups. The program emphasizes the action. You will engage directly with eminent leaders and professors, thanks to the program’s small size, and work in small groups with highly motivated regional peers to share business challenges. You will also experience dynamic presentations, hands-on workshops, 360° leadership assessments, and more. The program is experiential and empowering.

Assessment:

There will be a written assignment/reflection paper at the end of the course.

Ovim putem želim izraziti pohvale na održani seminar. Predavači su motivirani, stručni i spremni na odgovaranje na specifična pitana polaznika. Teme su zanimljive, a sadržaj sveobuhvatan, ali i prilagođen polaznicima s malo predznanja.

Cijelu HR Akademiju smatram izuzetno korisnom, budući da dolazim iz tvrtke gdje su ljudski potencijali u smislu managementa i strateškog upravljanja tek u začetcima, te sam uz angažman, znanje i zaista stručnost svih predavača stekla dobar uvid u procese i prakse upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima.

Želim pohvaliti održani seminar u petak. Predavač je stručno i na jednostavan način obradio temu, a sudionici su bili aktivni, produbljujući temu s kvalitetnim pitanjima i slučajevima iz prakse. I molim vas da prenesete pohvale konobaru koji je bio toliko ljubazan i pristojan da bi mogao biti mentor i pozitivan primjer većini konobara koji rade u turizmu.

Seminari su mi bili korisni kao dobra osnova za započeti rad s novim alatima, s kojima dosad nisam imao priliku raditi. Predavači su bili stručni s dosta iskustva iz prakse te je sama organizacija seminara na visokom nivou. Preporučio bih seminare svima zainteresiranima za Internet marketing.

Zahvaljujem na odličnoj edukaciji – bilo nam je vrlo zanimljivo i korisno. Svi predavači, posebno g. Maričić, zaista su dali sve od sebe da podijele svoje veliko znanje i iskustvo s nama. Baš sam bila zadovoljna, a mislim i drugi polaznici.

HR Akademija svakako daje  dobar uvid u HRM procese, razumijevanje i širinu koncepta upravljanja ljudskim resursima i ljudskim potencijalima te je stoga osobito korisna osobama koje tek otpočinju karijeru u području ljudskih resursa, kao i osobama koje su na voditeljskim pozicijama, a koje neminovno zahtijevaju razumijevanje važnosti kvalitetnog upravljanja timom i ulaganja u potencijale.

Nakon što sam odslušala više od pola predviđenih modula edukacije – želim posebno istaknuti kao vrsne predavačice i stručnjakinje dvije osobe: gđu Nelu Bučević i gđu Jasminku Samardžiju. Bilo je vrlo vrlo zanimljivo, interaktivno i korisno za moj posao!
